PACIFIC MEDICAL RECRUITMENT & CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Permanent Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Day Rehabilitation Centre in Singapore.

The role supports both full-time and part-time arrangements, aimed at helping seniors regain independence after illness or surgery and live fulfilling lives. You will assess needs, design evidence-based plans, and train caregivers while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Must hold a recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel between centre locations.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design targeted interventions.
• Support clients in living environments to maintain independence.
• Conduct training sessions for caregivers and family members.
• Prescribe mobility aids or assistive devices as appropriate.
• Perform home environment assessments and recommend safety/accessibility adjustments.
• Engage in quality improvement, clinical research, and cross-functional projects, including training for staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.
• Support Day Rehabilitation Centres in Tampines and Pasir Ris.
