Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior/Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a residential aged-care setting in Singapore. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide personalized, safe, and effective care for residents.

The successful candidate will supervise Enrolled Nurses and support staff, develop Nursing Care Plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining thorough nursing

Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Must hold a valid Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; geriatrics preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide, supervise, and evaluate nursing care to ensure residents receive safe and quality clinical services.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, assess care needs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Develop, review, and regularly update Nursing Care Plans (NCP) based on residents' changing needs.
• Maintain and continuously improve clinical nursing standards, patient safety, and quality of care.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and professional standards.
• Guide, supervise, and support Enrolled Nurses and care staff in their daily clinical duties.
• Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, nursing teams, and other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care needs and treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical training, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.
