The role requires SNB registration, BCLS qualification, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays. Previous elderly care experience is advantageous and essential for smooth roster adherence.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, including elderly individuals with various medical and care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed care plans and nursing protocols.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs and overall well‑being, reporting any changes promptly.
• Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing individualised nursing care plans.
• Liaise with doctors, healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, medical documentation and medication administration records.
