Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a caring registered nurse to provide high-quality geriatric and dementia care. You will perform assessments, plan and implement nursing care, educate families, and coordinate with the health care team in a 5-day work week at our Serangoon centre.

The role requires valid SNB registration and BCLS, at least 3 years of ward experience in an acute setting or nursing home, and leadership experience is a plus. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SNB registration.
• Must hold BCLS certification.
• At least 3 years ward experience in acute or nursing home settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and deliver geriatric/nursing care per care plan.
• Document care plans and track client progress.
• Educate families on care needs and options.
