Job summary

Egis Group seeks a senior Environment and Nuclear Programme leader based in Singapore to establish and grow its nuclear practice. You will lead bids, define environmental study scopes, and build government and regulator relationships across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include delivering Phase 1 workstreams aligned with IAEA Milestones, managing multidisciplinary teams, and representing Egis with clients and partners globally. English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment, incl. nuclear projects.
• Experience with IAEA Milestones and environmental studies.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver to international standards.
• Strong English communication and regional Southeast Asia experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win commissions for Singapore nuclear programme and related agencies.
• Lead environmental workstreams including baselines, screening, modelling and monitoring.
• Build relationships with energy ministries, regulators and DFIs across Southeast Asia.
• Engage with IAEA networks and publish/participate in industry forums.
• Uphold Egis’s values and represent the brand in the sector.
