Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer, Procurement to lead NPI and technical sourcing for medical devices and precision manufacturing. You will manage supplier qualification, RFQ/RFP processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure material readiness and cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of technical procurement, sourcing, supplier quality or NPI experience.
Experience supporting NPI or product launches in manufacturing.
Knowledge of CNC, injection molding, PCB/PCBA or electro-mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement for NPI projects from development to production launch.
Identify and source qualified suppliers for components, tooling and manufacturing services.
Support prototype, pilot, validation and production builds by ensuring material and supplier readiness.
Participate in engineering design reviews, project meetings and product development milestones.
Coordinate sourcing activities during product design transfer and manufacturing transfer projects.
Conduct supplier identification, evaluation, qualification and onboarding activities.
Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier quotations, technical evaluations and commercial comparisons.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to assess supplier manufacturing capabilities and compliance requirements.
Develop supplier improvement initiatives and monitor supplier performance against QCDS expectations.
