Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end operations across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.

You will lead teams, shape strategy, drive cost reductions and improve service levels in a fast-paced medical devices and precision engineering manufacturing environment.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and strong leadership, with a track record of delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• End-to-end supply chain coverage: procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Manufacturing domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Supply Chain Department, overseeing procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies and SOPs to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end demand planning, forecasting, material purchasing, inventory control and logistics activities.
• Drive improvements in material planning, forecast accuracy, inventory optimisation and supply readiness.
• Lead, mentor and develop Procurement and Warehouse teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, qualification and performance to maintain a reliable and cost-effective supply base.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, supply commitments and commercial agreements.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, cycle counts, material handling and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage logistics partners, freight forwarders and transportation arrangements to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional supply chain improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and strengthen performance.
