Job summary

Ubi is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, deploy, and support multi-vendor network infrastructure for diverse customer environments in Singapore. The role involves on-site and remote support, close collaboration with vendors, and contributing to tender submissions and PoC activities.

You will evaluate new products, prepare deployment documentation, and help shape scalable solutions while advancing your technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is required.
• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in deployment and supporting multi-vendor network infrastructure and systems.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including switching, routing, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and implement network and systems solutions according to customer requirements.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for customer environments.
• Work closely with technology vendors for technical consultation and escalation of complex issues.
• Provide technical support for tender submissions, including: Technical compliance documentation, Technical solution proposals, Solution architecture and recommendations, PoC planning, setup, and testing, Technical evaluation based on BOM.
• Evaluate, test, and validate new products and technologies for new solutions and services.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, test reports, and other deployment documentation.

They are looking for a technically competent and motivated Senior Engineer to join the team — someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, working with customers and continuously learning new technologies.

What You\'ll Do

• Design, deploy, configure, and implement network and systems solutions according to customer requirements
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for customer environments

What You\'ll Need

• SG-born citizens may apply only (for CAT 1 government projects clearance purpose)
• Min Diploma in a related discipline
• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in deployment and supporting multi-vendor network infrastructure and systems
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including switching, routing, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is required
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with customers, colleagues, sales teams and vendors
• Experience with the following is an advantage: ManageEngine OpManager, EventLog Analyzer, Patch Manager, Acronis Advanced Data Backup, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)
