Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Security Engineer to implement, configure and manage security solutions at customer sites in Singapore's East region.

You will deploy firewalls, VPNs, EDR and related technologies while supporting post-sales activities and knowledge transfer. The role requires hands-on firewall experience, familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Microsoft Security or CrowdStrike, and the ability to coordinate with customers and vendors on technical

Qualifications

• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Microsoft Security or CrowdStrike is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with firewall deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain network and security solutions at customer sites
• Deploy and manage firewalls, VPN, EDR and other security solutions
• Perform network/security migration, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer incidents
• Conduct system health checks, security assessments and configuration reviews
• Liaise with customers, vendors and distributors for technical support and escalation
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and implementation plans
• Support POC, UAT, deployment and project handover activities
• Conduct customer knowledge-transfer and technical training when required
• Provide standby/after-hours support for critical project activities when required
