Singtel Group seeks a Network Solution Architect to guide enterprise customers through business and digital transformation with innovative networking and digital solutions. You will partner with Account Managers, capture priorities, and design end-to-end networks across data centres, campuses, cloud and regional sites, leveraging cybersecurity, AI, automation and APIs.

Lead technical workshops, craft compelling proposals and ensure solutions are robust and competitive in a dynamic telco

Competenze

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise solution architecture, pre-sales or technical consulting in telco or tech.
• Experience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions.

As the Network Solution Architect, you will be a trusted technology advisor helping enterprise customers achieve their business and digital transformation objectives through innovative networking and digital solutions.

Working closely with Account Managers, you will engage customers to understand their business priorities, identify outcome-driven use cases, and design end-to-end network solutions across data centres, campuses, cloud and regional sites, leveraging cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms.

Make An Impact By:

• Partner Account Managers to proactively engage customers and establish trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Understand customer business priorities, challenges and transformation goals, translating them into outcome-driven technology solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions and executive presentations focused on business value and digital transformation.
• Design innovative, secure and scalable end-to-end network solutions across different customer’s environments leveraging LAN/WAN network, mobile, WIFI, cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms.
• Develop business use cases, technical architectures, Statements of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BOM) and solution proposals.
• Ensure solutions are technically robust, commercially competitive and operationally supportable.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, product teams and technology partners to develop integrated multi-domain solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) activities.
• Provide technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle to support successful project delivery.

Innovation & Capability Development

• Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends and industry best practices.
• Develop reusable solution blueprints, industry use cases and thought leadership to strengthen Singtel's market differentiation.
• Continuously enhance technical, consulting and business knowledge to support evolving customer needs.

Skills for Success:

Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise solution architecture, pre-sales consulting or technical consulting with a telecommunications provider, technology vendor or system integrator.
• Experience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including Campus LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Data Centre, Cloud and Telco.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud and security technologies from Cisco, HPE, Huawei, AWS, Azure or equivalent platforms.
• Exposure to APIs, network automation, orchestration, AI-enabled operations and digital platforms is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Aruba, AWS or Azure are advantageous.
