Job summary

Singtel in Singapore seeks a Network Solution Architect to lead enterprise networking design and pre‑sales engagements. You’ll translate business priorities into secure, scalable end‑to‑end solutions spanning data centers, campus, cloud and network security.

You’ll drive workshops, PoCs and executive reviews with customers and partners. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in solution architecture within telco or IT services, strong vendor exposure, and a track record of delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or pre-sales.
• Experience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

The Network Solution Architect (NSA) is a trusted technology advisor responsible for helping enterprise customers achieve their business and digital transformation objectives through innovative networking and digital solutions. Partnering closely with Account Managers, the NSA engages customers to understand their business priorities, identifies outcome-driven use cases, and designs end-to-end network solutions across Datacenter, campus, cloud, regional sites leveraging cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms. The NSA plays a critical role in driving customer value, solution differentiation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Value Selling

• Partner Account Managers to proactively engage customers and establish trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Understand customer business priorities, challenges and transformation goals, translating them into outcome-driven technology solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions and executive presentations focused on business value and digital transformation.

Solution Architecture

• Design innovative, secure and scalable end-to-end network solutions across different customer’s environments leveraging LAN/WAN network, mobile, WIFI, cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms.
• Develop business use cases, technical architectures, Statements of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BOM) and solution proposals.
• Ensure solutions are technically robust, commercially competitive and operationally supportable.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, product teams and technology partners to develop integrated multi-domain solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) activities.
• Provide technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle to support successful project delivery.

Innovation & Capability Development

• Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends and industry best practices.
• Develop reusable solution blueprints, industry use cases and thought leadership to strengthen Singtel's market differentiation.
• Continuously enhance technical, consulting and business knowledge to support evolving customer needs.

Experience

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise solution architecture, pre-sales consulting or technical consulting with a telecommunications provider, technology vendor or system integrator.
• Experience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including Campus LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Data Centre, Cloud and Telco.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud and security technologies from Cisco, HPE, Huawei, AWS, Azure or equivalent platforms.
• Exposure to APIs, network automation, orchestration, AI-enabled operations and digital platforms is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP, Aruba, AWS or Azure are advantageous.
