Job description

• At least 12+ years of experience in Networking and Security field
• Able to provide Level-3 support in troubleshooting and diagnosing faults and issues
• Extensive experience in managing and supporting complex LAN/WAN environments, Cisco Routing & Switching, Wireless Networking, Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Infoblox, Fortigate and network infrastructure operations.
• Experience in providing Level 3 technical support, leading network operations teams, managing critical incidents, ensuring SLA compliance, coordinating with customers and service providers, and maintaining high network availability and performance.
• Experience in Network Security & Firewall Management
• Experience in supporting Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure, including VLANs, Trunking, STP, RSTP, HSRP, GLBP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS.
• Experience leading network operations teams and supporting Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
• Ability to work in 24x7 operational environments and manage high-priority technical issues.
