Job summary

LPS is seeking a Network L2 Engineer in Singapore to support Day-2 operations and Day-1 projects for client networks. The role focuses on designing LAN/WLAN solutions, firmware updates, and security hardening across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in networking/security, CCNP (or equivalent), and experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortigate firewalls. On-site work and active collaboration with NOC and security teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in handling Network and Security Domain.
• Minimum Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP is required.
• PCNSE or CCSE equivalent certification is value added.

Responsibilities

• Plan & design LAN/WLAN solutions; perform RF site surveys and capacity planning.
• Coordinate software/firmware upgrades for routers, switches, and security appliances.
• Lead incident response and vulnerability mitigation for network security incidents.
• Maintain inventory of network assets across multiple customer sites.
• Provide L2 technical leadership for complex network incidents; ensure SLA-compliant reports.
