Job summary

Lenovo PCCW Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced network engineer to design LAN/WLAN, manage lifecycle of network devices, and lead security hardening across client environments.

You will coordinate with vendors, perform RCA for incidents, maintain asset records, and ensure compliance with SLAs and governance. Strong knowledge of Cisco/Palo Alto, IPAM, and 802.11 standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum years of experience in network and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall technologies.

Responsibilities

• Network design and implementation for LAN/WLAN tailored to business needs.
• Lifecycle management for routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances.
• Security incident response and remediation aligned with SLAs.
• Asset inventory, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Lead incident resolution with internal and vendor teams.
