Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is looking for a senior leader to manage enterprise network operations, architecture, and security across multiple locations and cloud environments.

You will drive modernization, automation, and governance while leading a team of engineers and coordinating with security and vendors. The role requires 10–15 years in enterprise networking, 5+ years in leadership, and hands-on experience with SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, and cloud networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of progressive enterprise networking experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing network engineers.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks across sites, data centers and cloud.
• Experience leading SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud Networking and Zero Trust initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of enterprise network infrastructure across locations, DCs, cloud, and remote users.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of network services.
• Establish and maintain network standards, SOPs, and governance controls.
• Lead major incident resolution and root cause analysis of outages and degradations.
• Drive continuous service improvement for availability, UX, and efficiency.
• Define and implement network architecture roadmaps aligned with business and security goals.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen Zero Trust posture.
• Oversee vendor and service-provider management, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Develop budgets, forecast investments, and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Lead a team of engineers and specialists; assign resources across BAU and projects.
• Plan and manage network projects from initiation to implementation.
• Drive automation, IaC, and AI-assisted monitoring for operations.
• Lead problem management and post-incident reviews.
