Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Lead (Network & Security – Firewall) to steer engineering, deployment, and support of firewall and network security solutions.

You will act as the primary technical escalation point, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing operational excellence across security infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with engineering teams, and adherence to security standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Network & Security experience.
• 3–5 years in a technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall platforms.
• Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments.
• Certifications in firewall/security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead firewall implementation, migration, and upgrade activities.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and Cisco Secure Firewall devices.
• Implement firewall policies, NAT, routing, and VPN configurations.
• Conduct system integration and testing.
• Provide L3/L4 technical support.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities.
• Implement performance tuning and security hardening.
• Review technical deliverables and implementation plans.
• Coordinate change activities and maintenance windows.
• Conduct firewall policy reviews and optimization.
• Support vulnerability remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and governance requirements.
• Prepare implementation plans and technical procedures.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
