Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Level Experienced Network Engineer to design, configure, and maintain our core/distribution/access switching across multiple sites. Youll work on SD-WAN connectivity, VLAN segmentation, firewall management, and wireless infra for warehouse and office environments.

Youll also help with server-room infrastructure, CCTV integration, and on-call incident recovery, collaborating with vendors and regional teams while documenting architectures and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Active CCNP (Enterprise, Security, or Routing & Switching) or equivalent vendor certification (e.g., PCNSE, NSE 4-7, HCIP)
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering with hands-on switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Experience configuring and managing multi-vendor network and security platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Strong knowledge of VLAN design, network segmentation, and security best practices.
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms (WLC and AP deployment, RF planning).
• Experience with server room infrastructure design, cabling, UPS sizing, and cooling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain core/distribution/access switching infrastructure across sites.
• Support and troubleshoot SD-WAN gateway to local gateway connectivity.
• Manage routing and VLAN segmentation for multi-site networks.
• Administer firewalls and network security controls.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot wireless infrastructure (WLCs/APs).
• Contribute to server room design, including rack layout, UPS, and cabling standards.
• Support CCTV network design and integration.
• Perform RCA and recovery planning for network incidents.
• Review vendor quotations and implementation plans for network projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and regional teams on project governance.
• Support monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana, and Elastic.
