Job summary

TEKsystems in Singapore seeks an experienced Network Security Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for critical network services, load balancing platforms, and automation initiatives across a large-scale enterprise environment.

You will lead platform enhancement and migration activities, support business-as-usual operations, and contribute to the adoption of network automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

7-9+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience with load balancing technologies such as F5 Networks and VMware AVI/NSX ALB.
Strong IP services knowledge including DNS, DHCP & NTP.
Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
Knowledge of routing & switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Multicast.
Experience with Cisco platforms (Catalyst/Nexus).
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware ESXi, NSX-T) and automation/scripts.

Responsibilities

Manage and support critical network infrastructure services and load balancing platforms.
Maintain the stability, performance, and security of network services across enterprise environments.
Drive platform upgrades, software lifecycle management, and migrations.
Design and implement scalable network solutions aligned to business needs.
Support onboarding of new applications onto load balancing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure, security, and application teams.
Identify and develop automation opportunities to streamline tasks.
