Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage and enhance our enterprise network infrastructure in Singapore. You will ensure availability, performance, and security across BAU operations and infrastructure projects, working with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and related technologies, plus project delivery and governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Networking or related field.
• Certifications CCNP preferred, CCIE advantageous.
• Network+, CISSP or equivalent considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience managing enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Experience delivering network implementation projects.
• Familiarity with network documentation, asset and config management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BAU support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and health to ensure reliable operations.
• Respond to incidents, requests and escalations within SLAs.
• Provide standby support for critical network issues as required.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Maintain network inventory, topology diagrams, and configuration records.
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Perform firmware updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with change management processes.
• Coordinate with procurement and subcontractors for project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and best practices.
