Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our enterprise network infrastructure. You will ensure availability, performance, and security of network services while supporting BAU operations and infrastructure projects.

The role involves collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, drive network improvements, and maintain a secure, reliable networking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Experience managing enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Experience delivering network implementation and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with network documentation, asset management, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BAU support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and health to ensure reliable operations.
• Respond to and resolve network incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLAs.
• Provide standby support for critical network-related issues when required.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and service disruption.
• Maintain network inventory, documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration records.
