Job summary

Careerally Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable connectivity across LAN, WAN, and cloud integrations in a dynamic enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on management of routing, switching, VPNs, and security technologies, with a focus on performance optimization and stakeholder collaboration. A CCNP or equivalent is preferred, and experience with large-scale deployments is advantageous.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in IT, CS or related field.
Minimum 6 years of Network Engineering experience in a medium to large enterprise.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, and network security technologies.
Hands-on experience with VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, NAT, ACL, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
Familiarity with enterprise network and security platforms from leading vendors.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, load balancer, and DNS environments.
Implement network changes and configurations in accordance with change management processes.
Troubleshoot network issues and optimise performance.
Design and support network solutions based on business requirements.
Conduct proof-of-concepts and support infrastructure upgrades/refresh initiatives.
Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in a rotational 24/7 standby support roster.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team
