Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced network professional to support enterprise networks across multiple sites in Singapore.

The role involves hands-on work with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and routing/switching. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on network operations experience, a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering, and relevant certifications (CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, or CompTIA Network+).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Experience supporting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and basic network security operations.
• Network troubleshooting, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN, and wireless support.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls, change management, incident management, and IT service management practices.
• Ability to maintain network documentation, diagrams, asset records, and operational procedures.
