Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior / Network Engineer to design, implement and enhance enterprise and data centre networks in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate, monitor, and tune network infrastructure, combining TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF expertise with security hardening and rigorous documentation to ensure SLA compliance.

Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience; CCNP is preferred, with Fortinet NSE, HPE Aruba or A10 certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in enterprise or data-centre networks.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• CCNP preferred; relevant certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and support enterprise and data centre network infrastructure.
• Monitor network availability, capacity and performance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Perform network configuration, provisioning, installation, migration and maintenance.
• Provide L2/L3 support for routing, switching, firewall, VPN, wireless and connectivity issues.
• Support projects, network implementation and on-site activities when required.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing plans and SOPs/MOP documentation.
• Support change management including planning, risk assessment and rollback.
• Perform security hardening, firmware updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers on incident resolution and delivery.
• Participate in after-hours standby and scheduled maintenance as needed.
