Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 4–6 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong network technologies knowledge and security support.
• Hands-on experience with servers, network cabling, and cloud ops (GCC, AWS).
• Experience with government IT policies and regulated environments preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/ITIL/AWS are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support for on-prem data centres and GCC/AWS, 24x7 operations.
• Ensure optimal network performance and troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime.
• Maintain network availability, security, and compliance with government policies.
• Manage maintenance, firmware upgrades, and security fixes for network gear.
• Support office renovations, including LAN/WAN, cabling, and wireless.
• Coordinate with vendors, teams, and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Prepare status reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and errors.
• Maintain SOPs, deployment procedures, and incident response protocols.
