Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in enterprise network implementation, migration, and automation. You will lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects across data center and campus environments, delivering solutions from design to deployment.

Required skills include BGP/OSPF/MPLS, routing and switching on Cisco/Arista/Juniper, Python scripting for automation, and familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible, Netmiko, and NAPALM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on end-to-end implementation experience.
• Enterprise routing & switching (Cisco/Arista/Juniper).
• BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP, VRRP, HSRP.
• Hands-on Python scripting for network automation.
• Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, REST API, Netmiko, NAPALM, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale migration and deployment projects.
• CCNP/CCIE certification is a plus.
• Exposure to SD-WAN, ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, or Cloud Networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, deployment, and migration of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Campus environments.
• Perform installation, upgrades, cutover activities, and post-implementation support.
• Automate network configuration, provisioning, and operational tasks using Python.
• Work with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Project teams during implementation and migration activities.
• Develop automation scripts to improve network operations and reduce manual effort.
• Prepare implementation plans, technical documentation, SOPs, HLD/LLD, and migration runbooks.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex network issues.
• Support change management, DR activities, and production deployments.

• Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, REST API, Netmiko, NAPALM, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience in large-scale migration and deployment projects.

  Preferred:

  • CCNP / CCIE certification.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Exposure to SD-WAN, ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, or Cloud Networking.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD for network automation.
