Job summary

NCS in Singapore seeks an experienced Lead Consultant, Network to guide design, implementation and optimization of enterprise network solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff while translating business needs into technical strategies.

This role requires 8+ years in network architecture, cloud networking, SDN, and security; strong vendor relations and proven client engagement. You will present to C-level executives and ensure security and compliance across deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation in enterprise environments.
• Expertise designing and managing large-scale network infrastructure including routing, switching, and security.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud networking and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with security, firewalls, VPNs and threat mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of network automation and SDN concepts.

You will combine deep technical expertise with consulting acumen to deliver transformative network strategies that drive business value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation within enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and security protocols
• Advanced knowledge of cloud networking solutions and multi‑cloud environments
• Strong proficiency with major network vendors and platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, and threat mitigation strategies
• Solid understanding of network automation, ing, and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of successful client engagement and stakeholder management
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking credentials
• Preferred: Consulting experience and familiarity with network assessment methodologies
