Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks a Network Infrastructure Specialist in Singapore to design, implement, and support scalable network environments.

You’ll work with LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and cloud-enabled networks while ensuring availability and security. You will collaborate with project teams and cybersecurity squads to optimize performance and address incidents. The role requires hands-on expertise with routing, switching, firewalls, monitoring tools, and vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Networking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure solutions including LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and VNET.
• Plan and execute network appliance upgrades and new installations following industry best practices.
• Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and optimal operation.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues promptly.
• Conduct proactive network health checks and capacity planning to prevent disruptions.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and segmentation to protect infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard networks against threats.
• Integrate and manage network security tools including AD, MFA, Clearpass, ESXi, PMP, PAM, ELA, SIEM, SEM, SEP, SCOM, and products like F5, CyberArk, CypherTrust, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Symantec, and CyberNet.
• Apply patching and firmware upgrades to network devices as required.
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and infrastructure status for management review.
• Develop and maintain backup and restore solutions for network appliance configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support network requirements for projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network team members.
• Liaise with hardware and software vendors to manage support and procurement.
