Dymon Asia Capital in Singapore seeks a hands-on Senior Network Engineer who owns end-to-end network architecture for nine offices. You will write configurations, stage gear, perform cutovers, and manage out-of-hours break-fix in a fast-paced trading environment.

The role spans Azure hub-and-spoke networks, ExpressRoute and VPN connectivity, resilience testing, and network automation with Python, Ansible or Terraform.

Competenze

• 8+ years of hands-on network engineering with architecture ownership.
• Actively configuring, troubleshooting and upgrading network infra today.
• Expert routing and switching: BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, QoS, multicast.
• NGFW design and operation: policy, NAT, IPS, secure remote access.
• Azure networking: VNet, hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute, VPN, Azure Firewall.
• Wide area/edge networking: SD-WAN, MPLS, internet edge, carrier management.
• DNS, DHCP, IPAM and wireless design.
• Network automation and monitoring using Python, Ansible, Terraform.
• Delivered multi-site builds with on-call escalation.
• Financial services/regulatory experience is a plus; CCNP/CCIE or equivalent valued.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end network architecture and engineering standards across all offices.
• Build and configure routing, switching, wireless, and firewall platforms directly.
• Execute production changes, including out-of-hours maintenance and cutovers.
• Troubleshoot complex faults with packet capture, flow analysis, and diagnostics.
• Own network segmentation and firewall rules governance across trading, research, and corporate traffic.
• Design and build Azure network fabric (hub-and-spoke, peering, routing, security groups).
• Lead network delivery on new office builds, relocations and regional expansion.
• Deliver connectivity for market data, broker and counterparty links, with resilience.
• Own capacity planning, latency management, and telemetry for security operations.
• Develop automation standards and maintain architecture docs per MAS/NIST guidelines.
