Job summary

Dymon Asia Capital is a Singapore-headquartered multi‑strategy hedge fund and the firm’s technology hub. This role owns the end‑to‑end network architecture and hands‑on engineering, not just design, with direct responsibility for latency, resilience and change discipline.

You will write configurations, stage and commission gear, execute out‑of‑hours cutovers, and build the Azure hub‑and‑spoke network with ExpressRoute and VPN across nine offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on network engineering with design ownership.
• Active hands-on role; not just governance.
• Expert-level routing, switching, and enterprise firewall design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network architecture across all offices.
• Configure routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls directly.
• Execute production changes, including out-of-hours cutovers.
• Troubleshoot faults via packet capture, flow analysis, and diagnostics.
• Own network segmentation and firewall rules governance.
• Design Azure hub‑and‑spoke network with ExpressRoute and VPN.
• Lead delivery on new offices and regional expansions.
• Provide market data and broker connectivity networking.
