Job summary

Techemerge Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced software engineer to analyze client requirements and design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and RESTful Web API.

You will map business needs into technical solutions, integrate services with REST, WCF, and databases, and participate in CI/CD using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD, while contributing to ETL with SSIS.

Responsibilities

Analysis of the specifications and requirements provided by the client.
Design, development, and maintenance of applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and RESTful Web API.
Mapping business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
Application integration using RESTful Web Services, WCF, Entity Framework, and database technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Identification and resolution of application and environment-related issues, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Development and maintenance of ETL processes using SSIS and scheduling of jobs using Control-M.
Involvement in CI/CD activities using GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD, including application deployment across environments.
Create and maintain documents associated with development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Active involvement in project status meetings with development teams, business analysts, DevOps teams, and clients.
Issue and defect tracking using JIRA.
