Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend experience in C#/NET (ASP.NET Core preferred).
• Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication/authorization, and secure coding.
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL/SQL Server; Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines; version control with Git.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core.
• Work with PostgreSQL via Npgsql/Entity Framework to design schemas and data access layers.
• Implement authentication/authorization flows including JWT and LDAP/AD integration.
• Integrate backend services with third-party ITSM platforms and internal data APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend teams on API contracts for React/TypeScript apps.
• Containerize services with Docker and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues with structured logging and observability practices.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for new and existing services.
