Job summary

Yongnam Engineering and Construction (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced NDT inspector with ASNT Level III and PCN Level III credentials. You will provide technical leadership on clients’ facilities, develop procedures, and mentor junior inspectors in a high-integrity environment.

The role requires extensive NDT expertise across RT, PT, UT, MT, VT, ET, with CSWIP PAUT/TOFD qualifications, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level III and PCN Level III certifications.
• Familiarisation with ASME & API codes and standards.
• Ability to assume full technical responsibility for clients’ facilities.
• Proven experience solving inspection-related problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Develop and approve high-standard procedures and written practices.
• Creative skills to plan and deliver lessons/training.
• Extensive NDT experience with multiple Level III certifications (RT, PT, UT, MT, VT, ET) and CSWIP PAUT/TOFD.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal training and technical guidance for inspectors.
• Ensure personal certifications are kept up to date.
• Analyse work plans and projects; advise on safety measures.

Proven experience of providing solutions toclients’ inspection related problems.

Maintain all of equipment and consumablestorage in the store room to be ready for using with good conditions underacceptance criteria specific by client or international standard.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to priorities workloads with competing deadlines.
