Job summary

PEAK OCEAN PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced NDT Lead to supervise personnel, review inspection findings, and ensure adherence to ASME, AWS, ISO, API, DNV and ABS standards.

You will coordinate yard NDT activities with sub-contractors and mentor NDT engineers and QC inspectors, developing robust NDT procedures in line with project requirements. The role requires 10 years of EPC yard experience in structural and piping NDT, ISO 9712 Level III in RT, UT, MT, PT, and PAUT, and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Materials/Metallurgy Engineering with ISO 9712 Level III in RT, UT, MT, PT & PAUT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NDT personnel, reviewing inspection findings and reports.
• Ensure compliance with codes and client specifications (ASME, AWS, ISO, API, DNV, ABS).
• Manage yard NDT activities coordinating with sub-contractors.
• Develop/Review/approve NDT procedures for project requirements.
• Monitor qualification and competency assessments of NDT staff.
• Perform audits on NDT contractors for compliance.
• Provide technical support for NDT activities in the yard.
