Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an expert with 10+ years of MX3.1 back-office experience to lead Murex workflow development and interface integration in a capital markets environment.

You will work on Murex upgrade projects, MXML event/workflow components, and confirmation builds, leveraging UNIX and SQL skills. Strong communication and independent work style are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience on MX3.1 Back office.
• Understanding of the Murex system as a whole.
• Good understanding of capital market products.
• MXML exchange interface/mxml integration experience is mandatory.
• Experience of Murex upgrade project.
• Good understanding of Murex 3.1 workflow and MxML, familiar with Event workflow, contract workflow, exchange workflow, deliverable workflow.
• In-depth experience in Murex workflow development involving trade life cycle, creating new system interface workflow, confirmation generation, error management, OSP, etc
• Ability to perform business analysis and requirement gathering independently.
• Experience in UNIX and SQL.
• Experience in Confirmation Build (Paper/Swift).
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
• Experience on working ISO20022 MX messages.
• Should possess an understanding of financial markets
• Basic knowledge on financial instruments such as Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Swaps, Futures, Options, FRA, etc.
• Murex upgrade related report development & reconciliation experience.
• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle

Responsibilities

• Develop Murex workflows involving the trade life cycle and creating new system interfaces.
• Manage confirmation build processes (Paper/Swift) and reconciliation tasks.
• Troubleshoot and debug Murex-related issues independently.
• Perform business analysis and gather requirements for upgrade projects.
• Work with UNIX and SQL to support MX3.1 back-office processes.
• Engage in ISO20022 MX message handling and integration tasks.
• Apply knowledge of derivatives and capital market products to implement workflow changes.
