Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer (Multimodal Generation) to advance multimodal models and AIGC generation techniques. The role focuses on image and video generation/editing, exploring cutting-edge models, and translating advances into deployable solutions across device, cloud, and autonomous driving contexts.

Requirements include a Master’s degree or higher in CS/AI (PhD preferred), 1–5 years of relevant research, and strong Python/C++ skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering fields (PhD preferred).
• 1–5 years of relevant research or development experience in image/video generation, multimodal large models, or related areas.
• Publications in top-tier conferences or journals (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS) are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D on large multimodal models (LMMs) and AIGC generation algorithms, focusing on image/video generation and editing.
• Explore state-of-the-art video generation and multimodal models, tracking advances and incubating new capabilities for device, cloud, and autonomous scenarios.
• Collaborate with product, system, and engineering teams to translate innovations into deployable solutions.
