Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior LLM / Multimodal AI Engineer to lead the development of large-scale foundation models and multimodal systems. The role focuses on building and deploying VLMs and LLMs that process billions of UGC and video content, spanning data curation, model training, RAG pipelines, and production inference.

You will work on advanced training techniques (PEFT, LoRA), vector search, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ML system development with NLP/CV/LLMs.
• Experience driving end-to-end ML initiatives from research to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale data pipelines for VLM pre-training and fine-tuning.
• Reproduce and optimize foundation models for production.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Optimize inference with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and ONNX Runtime.
• Monitor and fine-tune latency, cost and quality in production.
