Job summary

Citadel Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer (Architectural) to oversee architectural works on a large MRT infrastructure project in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements while coordinating with consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout the construction phase until handover. Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Certified Resident Technical Officer (IES/ACES) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect architectural works on site for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with architectural consultants, design team and stakeholders on design and site matters.
• Review drawings and prepare RFIs for discrepancies.
• Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure quality and conformance to contract requirements.
• Oversee submissions, shop drawings, samples and mock-ups.
• Attend site and progress meetings and provide updates on architectural works.
• Assist in testing, completion, defects and handover of architectural works.
