Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is looking for an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to review drawings, monitor design changes, and coordinate with the Architectural Consultant, design team, contractor and stakeholders on related matters. You will supervise on-site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, conduct regular inspections, manage defects and RFIs, and maintain thorough records of site observations and submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural or related discipline and RTO registration are required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; MRT project experience is required.
• Ability to lead multiple parties to ensure smooth progress, high quality and minimal defects.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications and design changes and coordinate with consultants, design team, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials and construction quality, including inspections, shop drawings, samples and mock-ups.
• Monitor defects, non-conforming works and rectification, as well as RFIs, technical queries and site issues.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, M&E, civil and other specialist works and raise delays or coordination issues.
• Provide progress updates to authority/client team and attend site/progress meetings to report on works.
• Assist in monitoring testing, completion, defects rectification and handover, and maintain records of inspections and observations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials and construction quality, including follow-up on Inspection Requests, submissions, shop drawings, samples and mock-ups
• Monitor and follow up on defects, non-conforming works and rectification, as well as architectural RFIs, technical queries and site issues
• Monitor architectural interfaces with structural, M&E, civil and other specialist works, and highlight delays, coordination issues and site constraints
• Provide regular progress updates to the relevant authority/client team and attend site/progress meetings to report on architectural works and outstanding matters
• Assist in monitoring testing, completion, defects rectification and handover of architectural works, and maintain proper records of inspections, submissions and site observations

Job Requirements:
