Job summary

The LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Mould Designer who drives results by solving complex design challenges, supporting colleagues, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional strategies across the value chain.

You will lead mould development, collaborate with suppliers, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining LEGO’s high standards for precision and reliability in injection moulding.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mould/Mechanical design Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong 3D CAD skills, NX proficiency, and tolerance analysis.
• Experience in mould design for high-precision injection moulding.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support standardization of new equipment and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance for mould development with suppliers.
• Involved in Quality Up Front initiatives for Reorders.
• Make technical decisions for High Risk Reorders processes.
• Develop digital tools and improve tolerance calculations.
• Apply engineering methods to connector and component development.
• Support process improvement and best practices across projects.
