Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior leader to define and execute a scalable mobile end-to-end test automation vision. You will partner with mobile teams to drive shared tools, standards, and quality practices, and establish governance and guardrails across engineering functions.

You will guide the automation platform strategy, standardize test signals, and improve developer experience for Android and iOS testing, while mentoring engineers through coaching and collaboration to ship high-quality software at

Qualifications

• Deliver vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile test automation at scale.
• Apply strong Android and iOS end-to-end testing and CI/CD integration knowledge.
• Improve reliability and speed via sharding, retries, failure analysis, flaky-test management.
• Build maintainable automation platforms, services, and integration tooling.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, feedback, and inclusive technical collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Release, and Product for measurable outcomes.
• Communicate strategy clearly through documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Operate large-scale mobile CI, device labs or farms, and release pipelines.
• Work with test reporting, analytics, and quality data platforms.
• Use Android and iOS verification tooling and automated test configuration.
