Job summary

ABS CONNECT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Mobile Software Developer to design, develop, test, and secure native apps for Android or iOS. You will contribute to enterprise-grade mobile solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes MVVM or Clean Architecture, REST API integration, security controls, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization for reliable, scalable apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on native mobile development.
• Strong experience in Android or iOS development.
• Experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• REST API integration, networking, and local data storage.
• Security controls: encryption, secure storage, SSL pinning, biometric auth.
• Experience with unit/UI testing and performance optimization.
• Git and CI/CD practices familiar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain native mobile apps for Android or iOS.
• Develop scalable apps using modern architecture and coding standards.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement secure coding practices and authentication mechanisms.
• Develop and execute unit, UI, and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across devices.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and source code with Git.
