Job summary

We are seeking a senior DevSecOps / MLOps Engineer to operationalize ML models into production and manage secure cloud infrastructure for a national-scale robotics platform. The role combines MLOps, security, and data quality in a government/public sector setting.

The successful candidate will drive compliance with GCC security baselines, implement PDPA privacy controls, and transfer knowledge to the internal team while ensuring model performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ML Ops, security engineering, or cloud-compliance roles.
• Experience deploying ML models to production with monitoring and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with government/public-sector security compliance frameworks; AWS preferred.
• Experience implementing data privacy controls such as PII redaction/blurring.
• Led security or MLOps for national or large-scale government platforms.
• Extensive experience operating AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience deploying data platforms (Databricks or equivalent) in compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization and deployment of ML models into production.
• Manage ML infrastructure and monitor model performance for reliability.
• Own platform security and compliance including GCC security baselines.
• Address data privacy requirements, including PII redaction/blurring.
• Manage configuration and deployment of the data platform on GCC.
• Implement infrastructure security controls meeting GCC baselines.
• Produce runbooks for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Transfer MLOps, security and data quality knowledge to internal team.
