Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to own ML model deployment, security, and data quality on a GCC-compliant data platform in Singapore.

This 12-month fixed-term contract role requires 8+ years in MLOps and security, with hands-on AWS and Databricks experience. The candidate will drive security, privacy controls, and production readiness in a government‑aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in MLOps, security engineering, or compliance for cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying ML models in production with monitoring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization and deployment of ML models into production.
• Manage ML infrastructure and monitor model performance for reliability and accuracy.
• Own platform security and compliance to GCC, IM8, and data privacy requirements.
• Address PDPA data privacy requirements, including PII redaction/anonymization.
• Manage data platform deployment on GCC environment and ensure readiness.
• Implement infrastructure security controls to meet GCC baselines.
• Own data quality standards across the platform and validate checks.
• Produce runbooks for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
