Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to operationalize ML models and secure cloud infrastructure. The role covers model deployment, monitoring, data privacy and security compliance across GCC environments, with a focus on government‑grade platforms.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in MLOps or security for cloud platforms, strong AWS/databricks experience, and a track record delivering large, international data platform projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MLOps, security engineering, or cloud compliance.
• Proven production ML deployment and model monitoring.
• Experience with government/public-sector security frameworks; AWS security experience.
• Experience implementing data privacy controls such as PII redaction/anonymization.
• Experience leading security/MLOps on large government-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization and deployment of ML models into production, coordinating with Data Scientist at handoff.
• Manage ML infrastructure and monitor model performance in production.
• Own platform security and compliance to meet IM8, GCC baselines, and data privacy requirements.
• Address PDPA data privacy requirements, including PII redaction in sensitive data sources.
• Configure, deploy, and ensure readiness of the data platform on GCC environment.
• Implement infrastructure security controls to meet GCC baselines.
• Own data quality standards across the platform including latency checks.
• Produce infrastructure runbooks for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate to transfer MLOps, security compliance, and data quality capabilities.
