Qualifications

• 7+ years building production ML/AI systems with a track record of shipping code.
• Expertise in Agent Architectures or Generative Content workflows (or both).
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to prototype and iterate.
• Pragmatic about choosing off-the-shelf models vs fine-tuning vs scripting.
• Strong Python skills; experience with AWS and modern AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph/LangChain.
• Architect Gen2D/Gen3D/video generation pipelines integrated with DCC tools and game engines.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks and deploy scalable, cost-effective systems.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to translate constraints into realistic roadmaps.
