Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a senior data science leader to design and guide production-scale ML initiatives across large industrial data platforms. You will champion scalable data pipelines, backend services, and concrete deployment practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data engineers, IoT data streams, and GenAI/RAG pipelines, with a focus on real-world impact from sensor and industrial data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science with production-scale ML solutions.
• Hands-on ML model development and deployment.
• Experience with Databricks and AWS.
• Knowledge of IoT and industrial messaging protocols.
• Exposure to GenAI, LLM, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines preferred.
• Experience leading data science initiatives for large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and backend services for data ingestion and processing.
• Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready data science and machine learning models.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for AI/ML use cases and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop data models and analytics solutions.
• Document model development, data pipelines, and technical decisions.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability building within the team.
