Job summary

Viridien is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong data engineering instincts to drive production-grade AI systems. You will oversee data ingestion, model deployment, and end-to-end ML workflows across an AI team delivering innovative digital and Earth data solutions.

The role involves leading LLM/NLP model development, building robust data pipelines, and collaborating with production teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products. Prior leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in technical field and strong research background.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in ML/AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs for domain tasks.
• Design robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and labeling.
• Orchestrate multiple models to deliver state-of-the-art results.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
