RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior ML/AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy robust ML/AI solutions with a strong emphasis on production readiness, reproducibility, and governance. You will own end-to-end data and model pipelines, collaborate across teams, and drive scale in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands hands-on expertise with Databricks, MLflow, Spark/PySpark, SQL, and AWS services, plus Docker and CI/CD.

Formación

• 4–7 years of software, data or ML engineering experience with production ML/AI systems
• Strong Python and software-engineering capability including APIs, packaging, automated testing, Git, code review, debugging and modular design
• Hands-on Databricks and MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, workflow orchestration or model serving
• Spark/PySpark and SQL experience for distributed data processing and pipelines
• Experience with lake house/data-lake pipelines using Delta Lake and AWS S3
• Orchestrating batch/streaming workflows with Databricks Workflows, AWS Glue, Step Functions or Airflow
• AWS data services (S3, IAM, Lambda, Redshift, etc.) and cloud engineering
• Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms (GitLab/GitHub Actions/Jenkins)
• ML lifecycle controls, reproducibility and governance
• Observability, alerts, runbooks and rollback procedures
• Security and least-privilege access and encryption

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement reusable ML platform components for experiment tracking, model registry, and deployment
• Convert notebooks into modular, containerised batch jobs, APIs and model-serving endpoints
• Build feature pipelines on Databricks and AWS for ML workloads
• Optimize Spark/SQL workloads and cost on AWS/Databricks
• Create CI/CD automation for code, data, features, prompts, models and infrastructure
• Implement governance: lineage, evaluation evidence, approvals, deployment history
• Develop dashboards and alerts for system health, data quality, drift and model performance
• Develop offline/online evaluation and A/B testing patterns with release criteria
• Apply security practices: encryption, IAM, secrets management and access controls
• Maintain reproducibility across environments, data, features and model artifacts
• Provide operational runbooks and support incident diagnosis and recovery
• Document architecture decisions and provide coaching for teams
