Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. invites a Senior ML/AI Engineer to design and implement scalable MLOps platforms on Databricks, MLflow, and AWS.

You will convert prototypes into production-grade pipelines, APIs, and model-serving endpoints, while building robust feature pipelines and cost-optimised data architectures. Key responsibilities include governance, reproducibility, and incident readiness, with emphasis on security, observability, and data quality across a full ML lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of relevant software, data or ML engineering experience with hands-on delivery and production ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and build MLOps/AIOps platform components for experiment tracking, model registry, and deployment using Databricks, MLflow, and AWS services.
• Transform notebooks into modular, containerised batch jobs, APIs, and model-serving endpoints with clear interfaces.
• Create feature engineering pipelines on Databricks and AWS for structured and unstructured data used by ML workloads.
• Optimize Spark/SQL workloads and AWS/Databricks costs for reliability and efficiency.
• Build CI/CD/CT automation for code, data, features, prompts, models and infra with gates for quality, security, and approvals.
• Implement reproducibility and governance: versioning, lineage, approvals, rollout history, rollback mechanisms.
• Develop dashboards and alerts for system health, latency, throughput, data quality, drift and model performance.
• Establish experiments, offline/online evaluation, A/B testing, and champion-challenger patterns with clear release criteria.
• Apply security best practices: least-privilege IAM, encryption, secrets management, audit logging.
