Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Middleware/Integration specialist to lead enterprise-wide middleware strategy, roadmaps and technology adoption aligned with digital initiatives.

The role requires 8–10 years of middleware/ integration platform development, API development, and queue optimization, with hands-on work across Tomcat, Kafka, MQ, WebLogic, JBOSS and IIS. Banking-domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of middleware/integration platform development experience.
• Extensive knowledge in Middleware Integration, API development, queue optimization.
• Banking operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide Middleware strategy, architecture roadmaps, and technology adoption plans aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage Middleware environment including Apache Tomcat/Kafka, MQ, Oracle Weblogic; experience with JBoss, Message Brokers, IIS.
• Handle middleware integration patterns, message queues and service orchestration.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS security standards and risk policies; oversee vulnerability management and patch deployment.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for middleware infrastructure.
• Perform root-cause analysis of production middleware issues and report status timely.
• Lead ongoing and new projects; report progress to Section Head and escalate issues.
• Inventory and license management; ensure timely renewals.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, DB and App Dev for seamless integration and performance.
• Develop and maintain middleware architecture/integration docs; keep up-to-date.
• Basic knowledge of cloud middleware services (Azure Service Bus) is a plus.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of middleware experience.
• Expertise in middleware integration, API development, queue optimization.
